SSC Certificate
In order to use an SSC Certificate, several steps have to be followed. Your item idea must be approved unanimously by the entire FO2 mod team. You must hire a pixel artist to make the item sprite and icon. We will not supply the sprite and icon. Your sprite and icon must be up to the standards of the rest of FO2's art. The pixel artist must sign an Artist Assignment Agreement to transfer ownership to Pixel Games LLC. Once all those steps are done, we'll upload your art to the server, put the
