Deliver Phil’s report to Guardsman Warren at the camp to the southeast.
Quest description
Phil has written a report about the Armed Skeles and Smallish Ogres you dealt with. He wants you to take it to Guardsman Warren. Apparently, supervising all your hard work has left him too exhausted to walk there himself.
